A highlight of Associated Creative Artists year is the Annual Award Show.

ACA's 2013 Year of Simplicity Award Show will be May 2nd – May 31st at The Artists' Showplace  (see Contacts for address, map)

An Awards Presentation and Recognition of 2013 Signature Members will be Friday, May 10, 2013 from 6:00–9:00 pm.

The 2013 show juror is Melissa Butler, manager of Southwest Art Gallery.

Entry Summary

  • ELIGIBLE ARTISTS:  Active members of ACA (No Associates) whose annual dues have been paid by March 31, 2013 (payment of dues are only applied to the 2012–2013 year).
  • WORKS ELIGIBLE:  All works submitted must be original work of the artist.  The submitted work must have been completed within the last 2 years.
  • ENTRY LIMITATIONS & FEE(s):  Each member may submit up to 5 works.  Fee for first work $23 and $7 for each additional work.  Not more than 3 works of any one medium.
  • ENTRY DEADLINE & ACCEPTANCE:  The 2013 Year of Simplicity has BIG CHANGES!
    • NO pre–submission!
    • NO digital photos to take!
    • NO email or on‐line entry!
  • Just bring your artwork entries to The Artists' Showplace May 1, 2013.
  • ENTRY ACCEPTANCE:  The juror will select the artwork accepted for the show and determine which will receive awards.
  • Artwork NOT accepted for the show MUST BE PICKED UP May 2–3, 2013 at The Artists' Showplace.
